But meeting these high standards wouldn’t be possible without a team in which each member is personally dedicated to excellence in their position. Fortunately, we have such a team at Associates of Dentistry, and we’d love to introduce you to them!

Dr. Charles McGinty

Dr. McGinty loves to help his patients achieve great dental health and avoid the discomfort associated with tooth decay. In his personal life, he loves spending time with his family, traveling, and learning – you’re unlikely to meet a more knowledgeable person, especially in the field of dentistry. 

Dr. Greyson Spriggs

When he was a boy, Dr. Greyson Spriggs always knew he wanted to help people when he grew up. His family dentist, Dr. Newton Sharp, made a big impression on him and eventually led to his decision to pursue a career in dentistry. Dr. Spriggs studied at the University of Missouri – Kansas City and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) before returning to Joplin and joining the Associates of Dentistry team. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys many sports, including basketball, baseball, and football. In his free time, he loves spending time with his family.

Katlyn Frazier

One of Katlyn’s favorite parts about being a dental assistant is the privilege of interacting closely with patients. She also enjoys being part of a team that’s primary focus is patient health and well-being. Outside of dentistry, Katlyn loves making charcuterie boards, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Skyleigh

Skyleigh was inspired to choose a career in dentistry when she learned that her great grandpa’s heart condition was caused by poor dental health. The dental field offers her the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others by promoting good dental health and preventing the negative consequence of poor oral hygiene. Skyleigh’s favorite part of her job is coaching patients to succeed in their oral health journey. In her spare time, Skyleigh enjoys traveling and spending time with friends. She played college volleyball and won the national championship in her freshman year!

Ashley

Ashley’s passion for dentistry first sparked when she got braces in high school. She was amazed by the process of watching her smile transform and knew she wanted to be a part of that journey for others. In Ashley’s position as a dental assistant, she enjoys connecting with patients and ensuring they are as comfortable as possible during their procedures. She likes reading, shopping, and trying new restaurants with friends and family in her free time.

Gretchen Caswell

Gretchen has worked as a hygienist with Dr. McGinty since 1995. She’s formed many special relationships with her patients and coworkers during this time and feels very fortunate to have worked in such a wonderful dental practice all these years. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling as much as she can!

Tracy Adams

Tracy chose the dental field because when she was young, she had to get braces and loved the way it changed her smile and confidence. Her favorite part of dentistry is forming a bond with all of her patients and getting to know their families. Tracy’s kids are grown, and she enjoys spoiling her English Bulldog, George. Her favorite food is Mexican.

Tanya Landis

Tanya has had the privilege of working in dentistry for thirty-three years and loves her job every day! She loves helping patients feel comfortable and working alongside her other team members. Tanya enjoys spending lots of time with her four grandkids, as well as swimming, relaxing in the backyard, and grilling!

Jen Steele

Jen has been very blessed with the opportunity to be a part of the Associates of Dentistry family. She saw the love her sister-in-law had for her dental office and wanted to be part of that kind of work family. Jen feels that God opened doors for her at Associates of Dentistry. Jen loves her work because patients and staff are more than just coworkers and clients. They truly build relationships and partner in the journey to dental health. Jen likes building trust and confidence with her patients while watching their smiles transform. When not working, she loves fellowshipping, relaxing, grilling, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog. She also enjoys exploring new places to eat.
